Foris Schönfeld

Floris Schönfeld is a visual artist and filmaker working in Amsterdam and The Hague. He studied time-based arts at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam and has recently completed a masters at the Interfaculty ArtScience at the Royal College of the Arts/Royal Conservatoire The Hague. Floris has made various short films and video installations in the last years and is currently developing the first ever Klingon opera here on earth.
In his film and performance work he is primarily concerned with the awesome power of fiction and its relation to belief.
